Didn’t fit? That’s okay! At Strebor Clothing we want you to be completely happy with your order.

Here’s how:

  • Please email us at so we can arrange a replacement size for you. 
  • All products returned must be in their original condition, unworn with tags intact.
  • All exchange requests are subject to product availability. If your exchange cannot be processed because of product or size availability we will contact you with alternatives.
  • Exchanges will only be accepted within 14 days after delivery.
  • If you would like to exchange your Strebor product you need to cover the postage costs to send them back to us. Please enclose an additional pre-paid, self-addressed mailer bag with the products you are returning so we can send the new product/s back to you.
  • The value of an item is determined by the amount paid and listed on your invoice. If you are exchanging for a completely different item due to sizing availability, the value of the new item is determined by the online listed price at the time your exchange is processed. We cannot apply discounts from past sales/promotions.
If you made an error when purchasing online, and it’s still within 1 hour of placing your order, contact us at and we should be able to adjust your order before it leaves our hands. We like to reduce unnecessary shipping (and save you unnecessary costs) where possible.
Strebor Clothing is not liable for the loss of the item being returned, we always recommend sending your parcel with a traceable service.
